Leadership development

Leadership development

Why
People are driven by a longing for a future that has more in store than the past. Leaders envision that future. They inspire others by sketching a dot on the horizon. They achieve results that were previously considered out of reach. They do this by getting the best out of their team members.
Leaders lead others. In order to do so, they must first lead themselves consciously - even if that is difficult and even when old patterns are persistent. Personal leadership is all about taking responsibility for yourself, your own mindset and your impact on others. This allows you to give positive direction to the content of your work and give others direction in an inspiring way.

LMS approach
LMS challenges leaders. We give them direction, we offer space, we coach and mirror.. As a result, not only will the leader be able to set themselves and others in motion, also the organisation will be able to change.
We approach leadership development from two perspectives: development of the person and development of the organization. These two views come together in the Learning and Development Architect®.
We develop leadership through personal coaching and through our leadership training. If desired, all these training courses can be tailor-made.

Result
The result of leadership development is (amongst others):

Leading yourself consciously: you know what inspires you, what triggers you positively and negatively, and how you can deal more effectively with your own insecurities.
Being ‘in control’ with the content of your work: you know where you want to go (with your team), you know your priorities , how to effectively unravel problems and how to map stakeholders.
Leading others effectively: you are capable of delegating and influencing effectively, you know how to inspire others, you are skilled in building strong professional relationships, and you are skilled in growing new leadership talent.
