Being a contribution to the personal development of team leaders is a testimony of good leadership. In this course you will discover what you as a leader can do in order to help the organization and your team to develop better.
Helping someone ‘to find his strength’ is easy to say. But how do you do that? How do you know where a person’s talents lie? What is required of you to lead others and help them get the best out of themselves?
You want to make a step in the development of your organization. Inspiring Leadership helps you through your own inner strength to become a source of inspiration for others. You increase your choice of possibilities as a leader by positively implementing persuasive, powerful, interventions in the development of yourself and the organization.

Program of this training
The aim of the training is that you achieve more together with your team. You do this by consciously switching from strategic to operational management and by creating a context in which others develop.
In two modules of two days, intensive work is done in small groups of eight to twelve participants. Through interaction you are challenged to apply theory and there is room to learn from each other. The training is aimed at personal deepening and practical application. The training consists of about 30% theory and 70% the application of this theory in interactive exercises. The purpose of this is that concrete insights are applied in daily practice.
A personal intake takes place prior to this training. A 360 feedback is part of the training.

Day 1:
Introduction to leadership
Choose perspective: strategic - tactical - operational
Lessons from your 360 feedback
Day 2:
Beliefs guide behavior: reflection on the why of your leadership
Leadership requires guidance from your mindset
Inspiring as a resource and a skill
Module 2
Day 3:
The dark side of your leadership
Success and disappointment as a result of your behavior
Build strong professional relationships
Day 4:
Empowering the team
Building trust
Achieving results together
Daily routine:
Walk-in from 8.30 am
Start training at 9:00 am
Lunch at approximately 12:30 pm
Closes around 5.30 pm
Day 1 has an evening program until approximately 9:00 PM
