“An unforgettable training in my development as a leader. The program shifted my focus. I now use my talents better because I focus on the available potential instead of myself as an engineer. "
"The training turned my fear and hesitation into confidence as a leader through self-awareness and empathy with my team members."
"I now realize that it is much more effective to deliver my work through others. This does not mean that I just leave my work with others. I remain responsible, but what I have learned is to communicate, delegate and motivate effectively to share our reach the goal."
"Everyone has their own potential for further growth, but sometimes people don't know why and how they can unlock this through self-reflection. The training courses have helped me and my supervisors to think about very basic questions: 'Who am I?', ' What am I doing this work for 'and' Where am I going with my people? 'This led to self-fulfillment and development of others. "
