By effectively leading your teams, you strengthen mutual trust and increase the openness and thus the results orientation of your team. In this course you will learn which concrete steps you can take to lead your team to a higher level of performance.

You know that your team has more potential, but one way or the other – it doesn’t show. You have noticed that your people are not addressing each other but instead share their story with you. You are convinced they show insufficient ownership and individually are contributing below par. Or, on a regular basis, help is requested from your team and people are pulled out to do work elsewhere both solicited and unsolicited. All this hinders managing team goals.
