Ale Riedstra
Ale is trainer/coach en adviseur op het gebied van leiderschaps- en teamontwikkeling. Dit doet hij sinds 2005. Daarvoor werkte hij ruim tien jaar in leidinggevende en HR-functies bij een gemeente, in het MKB en bij multinationals. Ale heeft een achtergrond in zowel bedrijfseconomie als toegepaste psychologie.
Zijn sterke punten liggen in analytisch denken en empathisch luisteren. Samen leiden deze tot een verrassende veranderaanpak en coachingsvragen die waar nodig en waar mogelijk uitdagend spiegelen. Zijn aanpak leidt altijd tot samenhang.
Door zijn manier van werken helpt hij organisaties te laten groeien en ondersteunt hij leiders in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Door dit te doen versterkt Ale professionele relaties binnen organisaties en brengt resultaten dichterbij.
Ale is a leadership consultant and trainer/coach in the field of organizational, team and personal development. He is doing so since 2005. Prior to that, he worked for over ten years in managerial and HR roles for a municipality, in SMEs and within multinationals.
Ale’s background is in both business economics and applied psychology. His strengths lie in analytical thinking and empathetic listening. Together, these lead to a surprising change approach and coaching questions which, when necessary and where possible, mirror in a challenging way.
His approach always leads to cohesion. Through his way of working, he helps to grow organizations and supports leaders in their personal development. In doing so, Ale builds strong professional relationships in the organizations and brings results closer.
