Janny Janssens
Janny is a trainer and consultant in the areas of leadership, giftedness and autism. She is also an interim director and auditor at elementary schools.
Janny combines enthusiasm for people with result-oriented work. In Janny’s work, awareness and knowledge grows in others and concrete skills are learned Keywords in her work are: overview, knowledge, clarity and ingraining.
As a consultant and project leader, Janny develops education around giftedness She provides leadership training in education, care and business. She also delivers the training Leading people with elevated characteristics of autism in technical organizations in Brainport Eindhoven and in (higher) education.
Under Janny’s leadership, schools and teams (assessed as very weak by the inspectorate) get moving and measurable results are achieved. She has developed two elementary school from very weak to adequate within a year.
