Lauryn has been a leadership an organizational development facilitator since 1998. And has owned her own company since 2002 She provides companies and their executives/leaders with training, coaching, team building, cultural change facilitation and curriculum development. Raised in a family business, Lauryn has degrees in finance and economics and an MBA with a focus on organizational development.

She has served in senior management roles in marketing and operations, founded and operationalized start-ups, and has taught business at the University level. Her passion is guiding business leaders to take ownership of their results, gain insight, grow as leaders, and find increasing success and fulfillment in their leadership positions.
