Francis is a chartered Engineer and an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach in leadership development, team building and organizational development. His background is a unique combination of engineering, management and HR, gained over thirty years of working in technical and commercial organizations. Francis strengths are building organizations and their leadership, aiming to bring results in line with the strategy.

Francis is a teacher of postgraduate diploma programs for the HKU in cities in China. Because of his engaging and practical way of teaching, he received the award for “outstanding teacher”.
