(Highly) gifted employees with autism have specific talents for the organization, namely extensive knowledge, strong focus and concentration, an eye for detail, analytical skills and care. This course will help you make better use of specific autism-related talents in the organization.

However, many (highly) gifted and gifted employees with autism become blocked when following unclear orders and unexpected changes. They are underestimated in their learning skills and intelligence, but overestimated in taking on tasks themselves, planning, dealing with social contact and deadlines. How do you find the right way to lead them?
