Speak the other person’s language when motivating and delegating.
Leadership requires attention for the goal to be achieved, for the team and for yourself. You are asked to set priorities, inspire people and let the team grow. Through this course you will learn to effectively lead others and achieve results together with them.
However, practice is sometimes unruly. Stakeholder interests are often contradictory. Team members sometimes seem to be motivated differently than you are. Processes and structures regularly block the way to working effectively. How do you stay true to yourself and how do you manage engineers well in these circumstances?
You know that you can grow in effective leadership. Managing engineers helps you positively direct the behavior of others. You find your own source of inspiration, develop language to motivate and coach other engineers to achieve results together.
Where desired, this training course focuses specifically on managing technical and/or medical professionals.
