Why do so many people feel tension before and during a presentation? You are good at your job and know what you are doing. Why is telling a convincing story about this so difficult? And why does noise so often occur during and after a presentation?

You regularly give presentations and want to become more effective at this. You want to learn to speak more naturally and be able to maintain a storyline. You also want to be able to deal in a relaxed manner with audience members who may have (perhaps different) expectations than you. Above all, you want to be the messenger yourself and be less dependent on sheets and other tools.
