Ale’s background is in both business economics and applied psychology. He has been doing this since 2005. Before that, he worked for more than ten years in managerial and HR positions at a municipality, in SMEs and at multinationals. Ale has a background in both business economics and applied psychology.
His strengths lie in analytical thinking and empathetic listening. Together these lead to a surprising change approach and coaching questions that reflect where necessary and where possible challenging. His approach always leads to coherence.
