Training
Meaningful leadership
As a professional or manager you are good at your job. You master the content and over the years you have learned a lot about yourself and others. Still, you recognize yourself in questions such as: "What am I really doing it for?", “what is my purpose?”, “What is my next step?"," How do I pass on the baton?"
You want to create clarity for yourself on where you are right now. What have you actually achieved and what have your impact and reputation been? What have you accepted about yourself, and what do you find difficult to face?
You have achieved a lot in recent years. The organization partly depends on you. What happens with all of that, when you are no longer there? Of course, things will change after you leave, but how can you safeguard the good to continue to exist?
What will be the next step in your working life? Do you want to reinvent yourself one more time? Perhaps you don’t want to give this any thought. But one thing is clear: you want to give direction to your own future and own what is to come. In this, you want to be mindful of the different roles you have in life, both in work as well as at home.
You are seeking reflection and good conversations, not a training as such. You do not need new theories, but welcome reflection, deepening and inspiration.
This is provided in an environment where attention is paid both to body and mind. In this context we offer the space to find answers to the question: how do I make a lasting difference and what will I do for this from hereon?
Who do you want to be and what do you want to develop?
After this module:
You are aware both of the power as well as the shadow of your leadership
You are aware of what you have achieved and of the ‘legacy’ that you have created
You know what steps to take to safeguard what you have created
You have a renewed look on your personal leadership
You have a clear idea of what you want to do in the coming years
You have found new energy to give a positive impulse to the next step
You know the difference you can make, by defining who you are more than you define yourself by what you are doing |
"The training is an important driver behind the success of our company. I have once again learned how important it is to have an eye for both people and the ball. This enabled me to make good plans together with my team and we are a lot of focus on teamwork and attention to personal development."

Program of this training
The Leadership and Meaning program focuses on your professional and personal development. It takes place on the beautiful De Ruwenberg estate in St Michelsgestel (NB).
Your personal question is central during the training. The reason for this issue may arise from your work, private life or a combination of the two. The reason to get started now can be a logical step in your career. However, it can also be a result of a decision made (by others) or the fact that your body is sending signals that it is time for something else.
In Leadership and Meaning, work is done in small groups and thinking and acting alternate. In other words: your head is addressed, but sometimes your heart and body as well. Always sober and focused, without becoming soft or cloudy. All interventions are aimed to further deepen your question and to find suitable answers with you.
