Leading change
Implementing, leading and successfully completing changes in an inspiring and effective manner is a profession. Essential to do this properly is first of all experience with leadership in a "stable" situation. In addition, your personal experience with change has a major influence on who you are to others. Through this course you will be a stronger role model during change processes and lead them effectively.
A large part of organizational changes partly achieve or partly not achieve its objectives. What change do you have in mind, and what can you do to be successful? During the change, how can you be a role model that others want to follow?
You have extensive managerial experience and want to grow further in change management. With Leading Change you learn to approach changes systematically, paying attention to visible aspects such as leadership, structures and processes. At the same time you get tools for visualizing and influencing the invisible undercurrent that is present in every change. By focusing on both realities you increase your chances of bringing the change to the desired result.
How do you make a difference in changes?
After this module:
before you intervene, you can make a good diagnosis about the change issue
you know how to effectively deploy yourself as a role model before and during the change process
you can apply a proven change approach systematically
you have an eye for visible and invisible processes in the organization and you can manage both
do you have concrete tools to deal with resistance
your chances are increased to achieve the desired change objectives |
"People react completely differently to changes. It is the art, but also my responsibility as a manager to recognize this and to guide it in the right direction. This training helps me with that."
